We work with a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm IDC Resort which has been running for over 20 years. This is one of the most established dive schools on Koh Tao.
We have chosen this school due to its high quality standards, thorough and friendly approach to dive training, excellent dive team and comprehensive facilities. There is always plenty going on, but it is not so big that it has become impersonal.
It is Thai owned, the management is British and, although the dive staff come from all over the world, there seems to be a large British contingent!
FacilitiesInclude two dive boats, a large speed boat, dive equipment area, retail dive shop, restaurant, bar and swimming pool. It is one of the only dive schools on the island with its own pool.
StaffA dive team of approximately 10 Instructors and Divemasters supported by a large number of Thai staff who work in the resort and on the boats.
At any one time there are normally up to 20 divers doing PADI courses and recreational dives, and 5-20 Divemaster trainees. Instructor courses are run every month in small groups. | |
